Referral Fees

For each purchase or sale of a property you complete with a REFR Referral, you will pay REFR a percentage of the full commission you expect to receive for your side of the transaction.  REFR reserves the right to create special Referral types where the referral fee may vary.  The referral fee for each Referral type will be outlined in a rate card below. If a Referral does not meet a type outlined below, then the referral fee will be 35%.

REFR may change the rate card at any time by providing 15 days’ notice to you and posting a revised rate card at https://www.refrnow.com/referralfees/. Any such changes will apply to all REFR Referrals you receive after the 15 day notice period.
